WEBINAR - ESTABLISHING THE FACTS
On Wednesday 15th April, the HKCCA hosted a webinar on ‘Establishing the Facts’, presented by James Ellender of Futurum Global. Leveraging his vast experience, James gave insight into a proven interviewing technique, and how by coupling this with behavioural indicators, can give the interviewer a tool to identify topics which need further probing. The benefit of this methodology is the interviewer has the chance to identify and explore topics which could have been concealed or left unexplored. The webinar was well attended by our members.
