Overview (Program Summary)

Day at the The Huntington – includes admission and box lunch For ACC members with our group at a reserved location.  Guest/family may join but you will need to purchase these tickets yourself (see below).

Date: Sunday April 7

Time: 9:30 – 1:30  

Sign-Up: Space is limited so sign up soon to reserve your spot!

Parking: Free but gets crowded so please arrive by 9:30

Getting there: Directions will be provided; carpools may be available

Dining: We will have a group lunch at 12:00 at a reserved location; other options available throughout the day at your own cost.    

Guests/Family Members: Welcomed and encouraged! Please purchase tickets for your friends and family members at Admission — The Huntington. Be sure to select the 10:00 a.m. option.   

Details:

  • 9:30 –park and come to area by front gates
  • 10:00 – we will all meet and form smaller groups
  • 12:00 – lunch as a group, box lunches provided to ACC members   
  • 1:30 – wrap up/raffle
  • 1:30 – 5:00, all are welcome to leave or stay until closing

The Huntington Library, Art Museum and Botanical Gardens, known as The Huntington,[a] is a collections-based educational and research institution established by Henry E. Huntington (1850–1927) and Arabella Huntington (c.1851–1924) in San Marino, CaliforniaUnited States. In addition to the library, the institution houses an extensive art collection with a focus on eighteenth- and nineteenth-century European art and seventeenth- to mid-twentieth century American art. The property also has approximately 120 acres (49 ha) of specialized botanical landscaped gardens, including the "Japanese Garden", the "Desert Garden", and the "Chinese Garden" (Liu Fang Yuan).
