Program Summary:

Lawyers who work with employment issues face a number of common ethical issues. These include concerns about lawyers serving as investigators but needing to serve as a witness, contacts with former employees, the scope of privilege in counseling on employment issues, and navigating the risks of remote and hybrid work models. This program will address these concerns and provide valuable insight on how best to approach these common ethical issues in today’s work environment.

Discussion Topics & Objectives:

  • Overview of common ethical issues (20 minutes)
  • Navigating risks of remote and hybrid work models (20 minutes)
  • Insight on how best to approach common ethical issues (20 minutes)
