Paul Loh represents Fortune 500 and other major corporations in high-stakes disputes involving complex commercial litigation, product liability and major torts, white collar defense and government investigations, and class actions. He has tried over 120 jury trials, court trials, and arbitrations. As a result of his substantial trial experience, major companies turn to Paul to prosecute or defend some of the most challenging cases on their dockets, and they have engaged him just months or weeks before trial to take over as lead trial counsel. Recognized as a “Top Rated Lawyer” by The American Lawyer and a “Local Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation, Paul has spent nearly 30 years honing his craft in civil and criminal litigation and trials. Jason Wilson is a litigation and trial partner whose experience is a rare blend of extensive trial experience, coupled with years of appellate work. Jason represents Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of industries, including hospitality, utility, retail, and energy. Over the course of his career, he has taken more than fifteen civil matters to trial. Jason is in his element when navigating complex litigation challenges and his recent career highlights demonstrate his versatility. On behalf of the fifth largest pharmaceutical company in the world, he conducted a blistering cross-examination of one of the defendant’s (also a large pharmaceutical company) officer, in Delaware Chancery Court. Jason’s client won the liability phase of this proceeding. In late 2020, Jason also argued a critical issue regarding independent contracting before the California Supreme Court. Jason has been named a “Local Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation for six consecutive years. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. from Pomona College. |
