This article provides an overview of virtual litigation, which has become an obvious necessity during the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, it delves into an assessment of the various benefits of virtual litigation and how they could be utilized post-pandemic.

Many challenges (such as, but not limited to, logistical planning, printing materials, travel, etc.) have been ameliorated by conducting litigation virtually, which has aided in making things more efficient. The article discusses the other advantages and drawbacks of virtual motion hearings, virtual mediation, and virtual testimony, examining how and what could be utilized further after the pandemic ends.
