Recent guidance, regulations, and enforcement actions are having a significant impact on how companies in the finance sector in Hong Kong can monitor employee productivity. Further complicated by the need to ensure communications meet regulatory obligations, complex legal issues in the employment, privacy, and regulatory space have been brought into question. Considering these issues, join our distinguished panel of leading professionals as they share their thoughts on the matter and experience navigating these challenges.

As spaces are limited and refreshments will be provided, kindly RSVP by 10 February 2023. Please advise us if you have any dietary restrictions that you would like us to take note of when sending in your RSVP.
