Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC National Capital Region

Join us to review the major government contracts developments of 2021. From the conclusion of the JEDI protests, to vaccine mandates, to the infrastructure legislation, it was another busy and dynamic year for government contracts lawyers. In 2021, we saw important decisions relating to protest timeliness, waiver rules, and the impact of fraud investigations on appeals litigation.

The panel will review the key cases and laws and regulations from 2021, as well as look ahead to how the major events of 2021 are likely to impact government contracts law into 2022 and beyond.
