Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Northeast

Please join Suzanne King and Katy Rand of Pierce Atwood for an interactive presentation regarding the recognition and avoidance of harassment and discrimination, specifically tailored to the role of in-house counsel.

This session will be based on a few hypothetical fact patterns, as Suzanne and Katy will lead a discussion about discrimination / harassment on the basis of various protected characteristics including gender identity, gender expression, race, and mental health.

During this webinar, attendees will receive an important reminder of the legal definition of sexual and other harassment, and the presentation will cover harassment and discrimination more broadly.

Attendees will leave the session with information about how discrimination/harassment other than sexual harassment can manifest, with a greater understanding of their own right to be free from discrimination or harassment, and with deeper insight into what they can and must do to protect the rights of others.

Register below.  The dial-in address will be provided prior to the session.
