Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Australia

Following a year of economic upheaval, and with an increasingly complex regulatory environment, managing risk is a key part of any corporate transaction.

This webinar, hosted by Gilbert + Tobin’s Corporate Advisory team, will explore a variety of strategies to manage transactional risk, including:

  • warranty and indemnity insurance;
  • escrowed amounts and other security arrangements;
  • different consideration structures; and
  • break fees and reverse break fees.

The webinar will explore how these arrangements can be used to manage and allocate risk to enable counterparties to get deals done despite uncertainties.
