Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Australia

As a Sole Legal Officer, or a small team, you ideally want to create processes that help assist your legal function to integrate well within the business.

Although a process, piece of technology, or form may make sense to you, it may not make sense to those who need to use it. The importance of implementing legal design and design thinking methodologies within your organisation will allow you to create solutions which are appropriate for your business partners and becomes something they feel they were part of creating.

This facilitated discussion will work through the establishment of a legal function, implementing solutions, creating tools and the best way to work with those internally to create a department you can be proud of.
