ACC's Litigation Committee has delineated several Interest and Affinity Groups to better serve the needs of the membership.

Cyber Security Working Group

The mission of the Cyber Security Working Group is to keep up to date with this evolving field, share best practices among the ACC community, and provide though leadership on issues of concern to in-house counsel. The chair of the working group sits on the Executive Council of the Litigation Committee.

In-House Litigator Subcommittee

The mission of the In-House Litigator Subcommittee is focus on the development of resources and events meeting the needs of those members who actively litigate cases as part of their in-house position, as opposed to manage litigation. The chair of the subcommittee sits on the Executive Council of the Litigation Committee.

Past Chair & Chapter Liaison Council

The mission of the Past Chair & Chapter Liaison Council is two-fold: (1) to recognize the accomplishments of past-chairs of the Litigation Committee and invite those that want to remain active the opportunity to do so; and (2) to act as an ongoing liaison with the local Chapters in which the past chairs are members.

The Past Chair & Chapter Liaison Council consists of the following members:

  • Ed Paulis (2015-2016), Baltimore Chapter
  • Jennifer Mailander (2014 – 2015), National Capital Region
  • Vincent Castiglione (2013 – 2014), Greater New York
  • Wendy Breau (2009 – 2010), Ontario Chapter
  • Monica Palko (2008 – 2009), National Capital Region
