Karen Morris

Karen Morris is a lawyer, former General Counsel, seasoned business professional, and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), certified through the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Karen has over 30 years experience as an executive leading teams across disciplines including Legal, Product Management, Marketing, Communications, Regulatory Relations, and Strategy. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel for USAA P&C Group.

As an executive, leadership, career and transition coach, Karen has worked with lawyers and other professionals in multiple industries including law, financial services, pharma, energy, franchising, and housing development. Clients have included individuals from Winston & Strawn, Pfizer, the National Association of Women Lawyers, AES, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, USAA, and Massage Heights Franchising.

Karen’s clients consistently point to her listening skills and ability to use thought-provoking questions as keys that have helped them unlock the obstacles to achieving their goals. Karen offers both 1:1 engagements and group coaching programs.
